rsnav issues

I recently installed an rsnav s3 unit in my 2010 b8 s4. After install the unit plays music and the Xbox apple car play works. When I put it in reverse the backup camera view is scrambled. When I put it to mmi the screen is scrambled as well. I did a factory reset and now the 1314 code won’t work to access the car models. Is there a new code? I’m totally stuck

Also my mmi buttons don’t work. Help!!!!

Page 18 of the install guide states "For 10pin LVDS cable, if original Audi screen scrambles like the picture, then you connected the original 10 pin male plug upside down. Verify plug direction and insert in right direction."

If 1314 doesn’t work try 8866 or 6688
