Hello all,

I recently stuffed my right-front into a curb, damaging the wheel, strut, and let control arms...please don't ask but ice was involved.

I replaced all 4 control arms on both sides as well as both struts. Now, I have the noise observed in the video (link below) when turning the steering wheel. This is happening whether or not the car is running. I've scanned for faults and there are none related to this.

Here's that link:. https://photos.app.goo.gl/4ZNPtSzPWX9CKHjL8

Any thoughts?

Sounds exactly the same as mine did when my steering rack [poop] the bed

Super easy to replace from what I gather at least, so hopefully not too bad for you.

Any chance the subframe just shifted and it's rubbing now? How's the alignment left to right?

Definitely an easy swap. I’m no mechanic but my buddy and I had it done before noon

Looks like the hardest part will be buying the new rack
