Steering wheel alignment help

I recently replaced my steering wheel. I lined up the etch marks, the car drives/tracks straight, but the steering wheel is off center. Should I readjust the steering wheel and ignore the etching or wait until next alignment and get it sorted then? Thanks for any input.

Since it was normal before the wheel swap, I'd say the etch mark in the new wheel is your trouble. It's not a big deal, it's not like timing marks for the engine where they have to line up. Just pull the bolt back out,move it a couple teeth and try again.
