I was on the highway did a full WOT pull and EPC light came on and the car started to run really rough now car startup is really rough and barely wants to start sometimes. Went to scan the car and found cylinder 2,4,5,6 were misfiring at idle. Water pump was already leaking and was suppose to be changed this week. Is that a reason to the cause or what else could it be

Do you have any logs from that run? Could be fueling, could be intercooler, could be plugs (need to pull them and check).
I'm guessing either fueling or intercoolers with how many cylinders showed an issue, but without some of other data it's really hard to tell.
Did it go away after turning the car on/off?
Water pump wouldn't do it unless the car was really overheating maybe and you were getting a lot of detonation, but if it's just leaking a little not likely your problem.

My thoughts would be a fueling issue as well. Strange that 4 cylinders on different banks would go at the same time.

Unfortunately I don’t have any logs so it’s making it pretty hard to figure out. Like a month or so same thing happened but I turned the car on/off and it went away but this time it still stayed after turning it on and was running really rough with white smoke coming out the exhaust.

White smoke is generally coolant, some IC leaks are worse than others too and yours may have developed a larger crack. Are you losing any coolant inventory? It is pretty quick to pull the charger and take a look and see what's going on.
