Hi
Was wondering what your best tires experiences were with driving in 90% dry ie 6 inches of rain a year , zero, ice or snow. What's your preferred brand? I got 2016 A7 stock 19in.

I pieced together a set buying them lightly used on Ebay... I paid under $140 each shipped for 265 35 20s tires all with at least 8/32 of tread available.. cuz Im cheap like that!

Michelin PS4, anything but is a lesser tire.

I went with the extreme sports because it I got them for 40% cheaper then the price for ps4s. Still a good tire for the money, I’m on my second set now. But I will agree the ps4s is king for high performance street tyres.

The PS4S is by far the best all around summer tire I’ve ever had; and i won’t hesitate to put them on my A6 the second my damned Pirelli Pzeros are done. I can’t currently justify wasting cash and putting the Pirellis in a landfill but I hate those loud beastly tires.
At 40% less, the continentals would be a great second choice!

well reviewed, i have two seasons on mine and quite impressed, for a 3.0 tfsi Pilots are not required or worth the squeeze in my opinion, save $300 and go have a nice steak dinner and some good wine instead

Shop around locally. Tire Rack has a great price but a local place may match or be close and save money over time on mounting/re-balancing. At least enough for a good burger and some Three Buck Chuck!
