Enable battery level indicator

Does anyone know how to enable battery level indicator in 2012 A7? I went in to green menu and gave it a value of 5 and then reset MMI but that didn't work. Thanks for any info.

I've tried, doesn't work either, for my understanding it doesn't work on C7, it won't show up on MMI like it does on B8.

There's an Audi issue with that function. Audi says no, as in you can't have it. I'll have to research a bit because I don't remember exactly why.

I do know the accuracy of the meter/gauge was suspect.
