Took on a RS6 today!

So I'm in Vancouver, Canada. If u know the city at Howe and Drake it's like a launch pad to the Granville Bridge.

Recent model RS6 Avant. Grey. Absolutely beautiful car. I stayed on point and didn't launch it hard. He started pushing it and so did I. I was surprised I was able to keep up with him through 2nd gear. Literally gave no ground and was head to head till traffic slowed us down. RS6 looked totally stock. But what a beautiful car.

I know that spot well. Use to live on the other side of the bridge at 10th and Granville. It's amazing what these cars can do with some minor tweaks.

Oh yes.

And losing 40lbs with the new wheels. Plus training at the gym and weighing in at 135lbs.

Best and cheapest upgrade for me has been loosing weight.

This really shouldn’t happen. The RS is an 11+ second quarter mile car.

I had a dual pulley B8. It was quick for sure but the RS6’s and 7’s are whole different animals.

Theyre also detuned. Video on YouTube. Rs6 racing an AMG after just a flash tune and it gets 800hp/900tq

You're right. You're response is totally valid. We had a perfect start. Neck and neck at a stop light. I looked over and they're were 3 other passengers. I was.driving solo.
So after 20 ft he put the gas on. So did I. .And I swear we were neck and neck in second. My lane slowed down due to construction in my lane. He slowed down and graciously allowed me to pass into his lane. Traffic caught up but he wasn't interested and neither was I. Safety first. Lol..

Did he back off on the throttle..
Makes sense for a 3.1 sec/60mph car.

Still impressive for a 2014 S4 that costs fraction of the RS6 today even with those not too crazy mods.

Haha - I'd love an RS6 to replace my S4 someday. Perhaps in a few years I'll find a pre-owned one at a decent price. That or an S8.

My dream car is the Benz SLS. Unfortunately it keeps going up in price.. RS6 is definitely my next car.
