Is it possible to program a remote with vagcom

I've lost my back up remote to my 2013 s7. Is it possible to reprogram a remote if I buy a used one from a different vehicle.

I know the key won't work but I'm just concerned about getting a back up remote

No, dealer only with brand new remote only.

As said already, you can't do it yourself and also they can't program a used remote. I tried that move without telling them,had a new key I bought from them and a key from a previous car I owned, and they couldn't do it.
