Is it simple to replace the speakers in my A6 like any other normal car such as Ford, Chevy and etc? I would like to replace the current speakers with Bang & Olufsen or with something else: Kenwood, Alpine and etc.

What I hear is that special coding is required, but I hope this is not the case. I hope this is a speaker-out and a speaker-in project.

Any input will be appreciated.

You'll need to pop the panels off and see what you have in there. Most of the time when working on the B&O you'll need to buy raw drivers from hobby audio web sites like Parts Express and then replace them. Some level of fabrication is usually required and sometimes you can find adapter mounts. For example, here is the guide I made for upgrading the B&O in the B9 cars (a4, s4, A5, S5, RS4, RS5). Its likely that many of the components are shared with your A6 if it's current generation.

On my 2018 A6, all I see is speakers with no name on it. My 2018 Q5 is clear with Bang & Olufsen written all over it. If you just need the speaker sizes, I can find that out. I'm checking out Parts Express to get a feel of things.

I look up the speaker part numbers using this website:

https://audi.7zap.com/en/usa/

I don't think the website has info on any models newer than 2016, but if you can find a car with the same chassis (e.g., B9, C6, etc.) the part numbers should still be valid for the newer model years.

You'll find the speakers in the first group listed under accessories, infotainment, group 0. Scroll down the page and look for the exploded view that contains the speakers. You'll find several part numbers for the speakers at each location. The first part number will be the non-B&O speakers. The part numbers associated with the find numbers in parentheses are usually the B&O speakers. I take the part numbers and do a search on ebay so I can find pics and other pertinent info on the individual drivers. You can also do a generic search using Google for other websites that have info and pics. You should be able to find out the size and impedance of each speaker from the search.

All of the speaker drivers are made by ASK Italia, regardless of who's sticker is on it. Looking at the link that Captain video posted, it looks like you have the same 4.5" midrange and 1" tweeters I have. The door woofers have the same mounts as my front door woofers, but you'll need to pull one out and see if it's an 8 or 4 ohm driver before you can shop for replacements. My B9 uses 8 ohm in the front door and 4 ohm in the rear door but the 8 ohm woofer is that stupid horn loaded rectangular woofer that just plain terrible. There are adapter rings for these that accept standard 6.5" woofers which means you have lots of good choices.

You'll end up doing some fabricating for the tweeters but if yours are as terrible as mine were, it's worth the effort. Plus you can make the old audi tweeters into some badass refrigerator magnets.
