I have Xenons in my C7 A6. Every time the headlights come on it blows the fuse and then all my lights go out including the DRL. Anyone have any clue? If I don’t turn the headlights on my DRL and turn signals work 100%

Is the fuse opening immediately? Also, have you changed any components in that area recently? You need to isolate your short. It could be a chafed wire to wire issue or short to ground, causing to much current flow in circuit. Try isolating each side first by unplugging one side and operating lights. If both sides cause the fuse to blow, check wiring at switch and wiring harness.

Yeah the fuse blows immediately as the lights come on. I’ve replaced both Ballasts and the drivers side DRL module recently. Didn’t have issues for about a week.

Check the connector on the module for pin displacement or water intrusion. You can also perform a voltage drop test at the module and headlight connectors to see voltage spike/ reduced resistance.
