Folks,
Looking for a highly recommended Audi Independent Service Shop to help resolve some nagging suspension concerns.
I’m the original owner of 2016 S7 with 20k miles (traveled a lot pre-covid). Car has some suspension knocking coming from right front (only), particularly after sitting overnight. After a period of driving, the knocking usually dissipates. I had this same issue before at 9k miles and after hounding two local dealers, finally got one to replace lower Guide Links (TSB # 2048266/2) under warranty and the knocking sound went away -completely.
Fast forward, knocking sound has returned and is getting progressively worse. Further, after getting new tires I had the car aligned - and steering wheel is now off-center, but alignment shop says car is aligned (??). Car does drive straight and does not pull, but why is SW off-center?
All said, Looking for an Indy in Orange County, Ca (Costa Mesa or Irvine area) with S7/S6 experience and its complicated air suspension.
Thanks in advance!
