Audio swap?

Here is my dilemma. I have a B7 that I am retiring and moving to a B8. I bought some aftermarket speakers and 5 channel amp that was pulled from a Honda. The head unit was purchased 7 years ago.

Is it worth it to swap the old audio into the new to me B8?
