I bought my car here as they are active on forums, I needed a new sport differential I do have Audi pure protection, I have extended powertrain warranty for upto 100k miles I took car into dealership st 94k. obd11 tells me wats wrong with the car, so I reach out to them. I know my differential had to be replaced and I have noticed my valve covers leaking also, I make an appointment I speak to service person michelle sellers, I take the car to them on feb 26 on Friday, as the week goes by I do make several calls during the week to find out wats going on. No answer from the service personal, as I left voicemails and emails after one week I drive to dealership she( michelle) hands me a paper saying wats wrong with the car the
Valvecovers leaking,
Tires not good,
Brakes need replacement
Differential sensors need to be replaced,
Only thing they will cover is just the valve covers replacement.
I said I have powertrain warranty
The differntial sensors aren't sold and when the pressure sensors go on a differential the whole unit has to be replaced, she says no this all we will cover just 2 gaskets and that's it. I take the car back. Pay the diag fee $200, I get in the car call Bell Audi edison on march 13, I tell them I see sport diff fault, and codes I drop off the car on Monday, they do the diagnosis and tell me they will replace the sport differential and the valve covers.
I also see my pcv system is bad I tell Frank the service advisor, he said he will look into it when I dropped off the car, I remind him again while the car is getting fixed there he says there's no code for pcv system, So I finally got the car back from bell Audi in 4/20/21 happy that I got a differntial. But I have to question why the pcv system is not covered through bell Audi.
I'm here to question Audi bridgewater.


So Audi bridgewater why did you deny my warranty and decide not to do it ?
Should I not show up to your dealership?
Not recommend people to go here ?
I never tuned my car, never did anything outside warranty guide lines.
