I've been running the following:

AWE Supercharger Pulley
JHM 179mm Crank Pulley
Merc Racing Heat Exchanger
GIAC dual pulley file

I've been tossing around the idea of putting in a set of test pipes or going with another bump up to 187mm crank pulley. Assuming nothing else changes... which would yield a better bump in power?

According to GIAC, back when I flashed this file, they said it would adapt to any future upgrades, like a larger throttle body or bigger crank pulley. So I don't have any desire to change software... but I have been tempted...

All on a 2014 A6...

Bigger crank pulley will = more boost, at some point your cats will melt so start thinking about TP's now. Maybe switch tunes, install and HPFP, an Ethanol gauge and run E40, it will surprise you how much power it adds! I just went E40 this weekend and it's scary fast :), TCU will help greatly also

If I figure out how to source/blend my own E40... are there any other fueling hardware changes? LPFP...HPFP...injectors...?

Just the HPFP I bought IE's because is a full new pump, that's all you need other then the tune and gauge

What gauge? One for measuring the ethanol content/percentage?

Port and polished supercharger will help you maximize its potential too.

Made contact with a guy on east coast, offering a JHM ported charger... we just couldn't agree on a price

Went by "dynamicautowerx" on eBay. Sterling Heights,Michigan. They had an A6 listed, and in the description, he had test pipes, pulley, heat exchanger, and ported/coated charger he was trying to sell too.
