So 034 Motorsports isn't accepting any phone calls right now. The automated machine states that it is because of more business, and of course the pandemic. This really blows when you are in the middle of installing their Control Arm kit and you need to talk to a rep about their parts. They are only accepting emails. Are there any 034 reps on the forums that can answer some questions?

They are on the west coast and are probably not open yet. Try again later, and ask for service, not retail sales.

Can confirm. Called to discuss options for stage 2 tuning. Call goes straight to voicemail and says emailed. Emailed them, got a very brief reply saying they dont do remote flashes for CREC engine...

Same response here for CREC engines. I'm going APR this Friday instead for their new pricing.

Just to update on my end, I was able to get ahold of Jorge with 034 via email and he was fast in his responses. Not having a phone line open for immediate tech support is a bummer, but i certainly appreciate the fast responses from Jorge via email.

I tried to get my 13 S6 aligned and dealer told me they can't because right front lower rear control arm is bent, and they want $1200 to replace it. So, after some research on C7 control arms (and ball joint issues), I found this kit which sounds like a nice permanent fix: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-034motorsport-parts/full-density-line-front-control-arm-kit/034-401-1045~034/. Is this the same kit you are trying to install? I haven't ordered it yet but really want to, but was hoping to download instructions for the kit install to figure out if I can do it, if special tools are needed, etc. Working on suspension always makes me nervous :D. If you are installing (or hopefully, have installed by now!) this kit, how was it? I haven't yet found any good guides or guidance anywhere.

Whelp, I figured I would cyber stalk you in hopes you have other posts on this kit and hit the motherload, found the RS7 DIY thread and your video on YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDOMzJsxXGs . I definitely have the resources to learn now, although after reading that RS7 DIY thread I must admit I am more nervous about taking this on than I was before. I have done plenty of DIY in my past (the worst job probably being a carbon cleaning on my RS4 which took my like 30 hrs over a LOOOONG weekend, it is basically a top end rebuild, I P&P'ed my intake while I was in there if that gives an idea), but reading and looking at pics, this actually looks like more things can go wrong! Anyway, thanks for the effort in documenting the process, watching your video now!
