View Full Version : A6 3.0T IE throttle body

Hello, Recently I installed the Integrated engineering throttle body onto my A6, Loaded the 034 motorsport Hemi file, Succesfully made the throttle body adaptation, but these 2 codes wont go away along with weird idle and max rpm 4000, anybody encounter this? I thought my intake flaps were the problem but i changed the Tb to stock along with the correct file for it and everything is mint.199124199125199126

Pin outs might be different between the IE and 034 harnesses.

I have contacted 034 about this and my pin arrangement is correct to their specification to make it work.

I was thinkn about doing the hemi TB upgrade during my stage 3 motor out upgrade. But not sure if it's worth it.
2003 A6 2.7T 6spd Stage 1+ (motor pulled for stage 3+ upgrades)
2001 Allroad TIP Stage 1
2006 A3 2.0T 6spd Stage 1

What intake tube are you guys using for this TB?

I have the IE TB and had 0 issues with installing but I'm also using IE's tune.
As for the intake tube, I bought a section of 3.5" aluminum pipe,hose,and clamps and I got it to fit. The only tricky part was cutting the hose on the airbox side. Not difficult to do,just plan on putting it on/taking off a few times until you get the cut right.
