2014 A6 TSFI Changed pads and rotors on the front and just pads on the rear, flushed the fluid and all seemed good until i noticed this wear pattern on the passenger side only. The inside has the wear at the bottom like the caliper is cocked or something, i've never seen anything like it. Car stops good no pulling even under hard stopping.
Thoughts would be appreciated.

I only see stuff like this when pads are not longer able to travel. Something is corroded not allowing the pad to be pressed firmly to the rotor. That rotor needs to be resurfaced. I’m pretty sure O’Reillys turns rotors for free. Probably replace the pads too!

Just throwing this out there. But did you get the right pads? I could see this happening if you were using a smaller pad

Pull it apart and check the pads to see what is going on with them. The rusted part of the rotor is because the pad is not touching it. Potentially there is part of the pad missing or as suggested already the pad/caliper is not sitting correctly and is being applied crooked.
