Boost gauge

Anyone know how to install a boost gauge ? Instructions tell me to 3way joint the boost hose with the surge tank and fuel regulator but it's simpler said than done

Basically you're going to want I believe a 1/8" tee fitting, and some 1/8" tube. Take off the plastic engine cover, find the little tube at the bottom of the intake manifold (near the radiator), and cut it near the manifold. Put the tee fitting in the tube, and then take some of the tube you got and run it from that fitting to the firewall. There should be some rubber grommets you can cut holes in and push the tube through. If you put the tube through the grommet next to the brake booster, it'll come out somewhere behind the knee bolster, and you can decide what to do from there.

Don't trust my knowledge on the size of the tube, I'm not sure and someone else can probably correct me

I circled the tube you'll want to splice into I'm the first photo. My gauge is hooked up to the fuel pressure regulator line but it's more risky that way and I wouldn't recommend it unless you really need the extra foot of line. Could you please post pictures of where you mounted the gage please? Also what brand gage you recommend?

ThanksPersonally, mine was just mounted in the little vent to the side of the wheel next to the door. I'm using some cheap backlit gauge that I got from my friend that I don't know the brand of.
