Hi,
The heated seat on the driver side (LHD), has never been working really well - sometimes, maybe, in the summer it has worked. But more or less never in the winter.
This winter I wanna try and fix it, so googled around and found that others seem to writhe about a sensor, but also that the elements/pads could be broken.
Since mine has worked 'somewhat' I tried finding more information about this sensor, and since I got the OBDeleven II this summer I looked around the 'Live data' and got some readings from the driver seat - see URL below.
I've seen fokes talking about channel 60-61 - in CE (09), 27-28 - in (HV)AC - 08, and 20-21 in (HVAC) - 08, the last being the one for my car.

The values change correct when I turn the knurled wheel - it's -99 degree C in 0-position, but changes from 22-> for position 1 or higher.
But the Temperature actual (G59) seems very wrong(!) on the drivers side (channel 20) and I guess it forces the heater elements/pads to never activate..
The temperatur actual on the passenger side (G60) (channel 21) seems to work well - since it reads 22.4 degree C
On other posts I've seen people talk about the sensors and refer to them as G344 and G345 - maybe it's the same sensor but different between markets/model generations.
Any ideas as to what could be the fault (I'm not very mechanically inclined - better at google [:D]), is there a temperature sensor - if so, can only that one be replaced? Hard? Is there more that needs to be replaced? Magnitude of that work?
Any insights appreciated - thanks in advance!
EDIT: Here is a pic of data for the passenger side for comparison - https://imgur.com/a/PdxKMfs, on this one the knurled wheel was set on - 6 (MAX).
