I have a 2014 A7 TDI with the warranty until 120K from dieselgate.
I am wondering if i deleted my muffler would it cause any issues with my warranty?

I don't believe it will trigger any TD1 unless you mess at all with the ecu programming.
Since the muffler is not part of the emissions system, I don't think it will disqualify you from any upstream warranty work. However, I can imagine some service stations being super snobby and refuse warranty if they find any 'modified components'.

Wouldn't even do the muffler delete.
I put a magnaflow cat back on my 2016 TDI pretty much just pipe no mufflers at all. The car sound the same with or with out.
