So last year we had the fan on the ac stopped working which we ended up replacing the whole oem assembly which the cost of the part was $1,500 plus labor. This year the auxiliary fans goes out. So I replace the 40 amp fuse and it blew instantly.

Spending $2500s to replace these fans with a car that’s worth 15k and has 130k on it seems ridiculous does anyone else have a solution?

Find the part on rockauto and find a mechanic who specializes in Audi, cause it sounds like you’ve been going to the dealership.

JH motor is ports took care of the fan last time.
