feel so stupid. 5 min job is already taking a long time.

any trick to getting the plastic cover (the one holding the filter) baxk on?

been trying for 30 mins with no luck. would not snap back on. filter is all the way in

It's really easy, just look up from the passenger footwell and you'll see a plastic cover with a latch on one side. The air filter has a little paper tab along the length that'll let you pull it out.

I see rectangular filters and one with a clipped corner. Can someone verify which one is correct? Sure, I can pull my old filter out and look, but it'd be nice to pull that out only once and then replace with new.
