AC on going problem. Need suggestions

Guys, so i got this 2008 B7 A4 avant. Everything works fine, except Air Conditioner. Have been screwing around with it for few weeks now, cant find the correct issue.

The issue: At first only warm air was comming out. I noticed that the cooling fans werent running at all. I wired the fans directly to the 12v, they run full speed just fine.
VCDS was complaining about the pressure switch sensor, so i replaced it. it stopped complaining. Still warm air. I got a used but genuine Fan control Module, it started working but when i stop at a light, warm air comes out. I ran an output test, shows fans running max 79%.

I figured the used module i got is bad, got a brand new genuine module. Problem is the same. 79% max speed and when in idle the fans with AC running run for 15 seconds, then stop for 5 seconds, and so on.

What else could it be? Please suggest me something. Thanks in advance.

I have a similar issue and chased similar solutions. Now I have cold AC while driving then blows warm when I stop.

I had to replace a blend door or flap door. I also replaced relays by the fuse box and under the ECU. My seen to be working fine.

I replaced one by fuses and one under ECU. I was blindly chasing what odb11 was throwing at me.
