MMI faulty

Dear friends, please I replaced the injector nozzles for AUDI A8 2014 model and upon conclusion the entertainment system refuse to come up and is no longer working. Also the HVAC system is no longer cooling. It is just blowing fan. Please what could be the possible solution?

Check the fuse panel to make sure you didn't short something out while working on the car that could blow a fuse. Then check all wiring around the engine where you were working to make sure all electrical connections are intact and no wires are broken.
