Just like the title says. Looking to get some minor paint correction done on my SQ to remove some swirling/hazing that the dealership added to my car last time they had it in their possession (always remember to tell those clowns not to wash your damn car). I used to take my car to a great place in Orinda, but they've since closed shop, so I'm not sure who's trust worthy now. Any tips/recommendations are incredibly appreciated.
Thanks!

When I lived there, I was a frequent customer of Ron's at Main Street Wash & Detail in Walnut Creek. I think he changed the name to 5150 Detailing a few months ago.
2038 N Main St, Walnut Creek, CA 94596
Right beside the vietnamese restaurant.

(Edited to remove comment as I had assumed the wrong business)

I don't have a garage anymore so DIY isn't an option for me at the moment. I have all the equipment and knowledge to do it myself, just don't have a garage with access to power for orbital.

That place took the clear coat off a friends MKIV R32. I'll have to pass.

Dang how did that happen? MK4 barely had a clear coat to begin with tho but I bet you're mistaking this place for Autopia right beside them. Ron has never used any acidic chemicals and he's been doing detailing since the 80's.

Ah that's a good point. I think I did confuse the two actually. I didn't realize the place right next to Kevin's Noodle House did more than tint. I definitely thought you were talking about Autotopia. My bad there, I'll amended my original comment above so as not to accidentally trash someone's biz. I'll give 5150 a call.

That does sound awesome but at the moment and for the near future my schedule is pretty packed, so I probably not going to be able to find a day to dedicate to car spa therapy. I'll just throw money at the problem for now but would totally be up for doing a get together of some sort down the road!
