So my 2013 S7 was a Michigan car it's whole life and has just shy of 80k miles on it. The paint really isn't too bad aside from some light scratches and a few swirls. I've got plenty of time this weekend so if someone thinks I'm missing something please let me know. Here's my plan (I live in a townhome with no hose):
Go to a self wash car was and pressure wash + soap, I'm also going to be decontaminating with some Iron-x and bug and tar remover
Back home in the garage I'm going to start with the chemical guys waterless wash through their atomizer and washing with lots of microfibers while not reusing any
Clay bar the whole car, again from chemical guys with their luber
Spray down the whole car with a 1 to 4 mix of isopropyl alcohol to water
(now the part I'm nervous about) I'll be buffing the whole car with the chemical guys torq buffer + their v34 compound
Spray down the whole car with the isopropyl alchol mix again
Apply the ceramic coat from Avalonking with their kit
Let the car sit for 24 hours so everything can cure
I'm not doing anything with the wheels or tires since I've got some HREs from a forum member on the way. I've never really gone past a clay and wax by hand so does this all sound reasonable or do any pros have recommendations?
Also here is a pic of the car before I brought it down to sunny Texas for attention:
