WTB: b7 rs4

I’m actively looking around for an rs4 with under 70K mls and good maintenance history and recent(ish) service. I.E. carbon cleaning done within last 20K mls. Brakes within last 10K mls, etc. Preferably within 300-500mls of the DMV area. I’m in Baltimore.
