Can I fit 19's on the Allroad or is 18 the max? Also what offset will I need? Thanks for any input.

you can put 20's on it....
imo, 19's are what "I" personally like.
18's are nice as well, I would recommend you purchase the size that your road conditions allow for.
ie: pothole city - 18's
smooth good road quality - 19's

Thanks for the info. If I get a larger wheel, will I still be able to ride on the lowest setting?

get 19s....they look good, also Paint the bumpers , it will look very sexy.

I think I'm set on 19's. Any recommendations? I like the look of spokes. I'm not big on BBS style rims or large centers.

Get the rims off ur Porshe 996 and put them on Audi :)
they will look sick for sure :)

18s for daily and 19s for summer/show/weekends. It mostly depends on how your roads are.
