Hey guys I have a 2008 avant with bose sound system. my fuel door actuator is broken. the little black pin got frozen in its cavity and broke off the metal rod so I removed the broken pin and can open and close the door but wont lock now given missing pin. so I want to replace it. to change it out I see in trunk area the panel removes and has the red pull for emergency release of fuel lid that goes behind the bose amp. how hard is it to remove and anything else need to be removed to access the actuator to change out? anyone done one to give tips of what to look out for?
