Seeking Compat. Info on ‘05 A8 Wheels

A local ad for three used A8 wheels appears in the local marketplace. I’d like to know if a there’s a source for a fourth wheel, and if these are compatible with our ‘16 Q5.

I really like this design, but realize this is a long shot.

Correction: these were bought for and used on an ‘05 A8, but they weren’t necessarily stock on that model.

Seller states these were called “Spring Edition.”
