Exhaust leak concern

I have 2 minor concerns with the undercarriage of my car,

First I noticed there is this black staining around the clamps on my IE downpipes is this normal or do I have an exhaust leak?

Second, while investigating this I noticed a pretty noticeable dent in the subframes of the car right in between the pinch weld and the outer side, I'm guessing maybe last owner or idiot shop tried to jack the car up by the panel and not the pinch weld where the arrow points to the jack points,

Slight exhaust leak with the black soot, I had it in the same spot by the looks of it. Tighten/replace clamp, or get to exhaust modifications :)

Yeah haha, I’m waiting for Black Friday/cyber Monday for AWE touring exhaust but I’m worried with the non res downpipes it will be too loud but I guess we’ll see haha.
