I have a EDM 2015 A4 B8.5 2.0T EA888 GEN III Quattro DL501 0B5 Tranny,

MTM Stage 1 Tune, ECS FMIC, APR Intake, Super Sprint Axle-Back Exhaust, HJS Euro VI 200 Cell Hi-Flow CAT.

I jumped to ~50% throttle while rolling slowly from 30km/h in 2nd or 3rd gear (I can't remember) in Auto Mode and after a strong 1-second-ish full-boost engine pull, the warning lights came on (Transmission Malfunction, Reverse Gear Malfunction, Tire Pressure etc.)

I continue to drive slowly for 10 min until reach home and the vehicle obviously had lost 2nd gear, I was limping home in 1st and 3rd, I am not sure about 4th or higher because I was going slowly and the transmission didn't try to shift any higher.

Anyway, I went home, parked with the Reverse still worked even the dashboard says Reverse was unavailable, shut the engine and restart the engine, then all became fine.

I scanned for codes and it was

18056-Shift Fork 4 Position Sensor
P2848 00 [101] - Incorrect Neutral Position.

Anyone has any idea why this has happened? I searched around and it seems that P2848 is not a common fault code for DL501 0B5, so I would like to know if anyone can help me on this.

Thanks
