FoxWell Nt520

I purchased a Foxwell NT520 and been having a problem saving my car's info. Does anyone have one of these Vag scanners? I also have searched their database and I can't find a 2013 S4 with a 3.0 engine. It shows 3.2 does anyone know where I am going wrong.
