This is mine. All titanium except the Burns stainless mufflers (5 lbs ea). Mertop headers and it’s loud as shit. Everything pictured is 19 lbs. To meet sound requirements for SCCA autocross (100 dB at 50 ft) I had to weld in an 8” long cat section as well.

Not sure if weld porn or real porn, but this is the turndown for size reference. The whole thing is 4” tube.

Let me dig them up. It’s in flux all the time so I may not have one with exactly this iteration. The Burns stainless mufflers do a fantastic job of killing rasp, but they’re very pricey ($600 ea for the 4” in/out).
Also, Titanium tends to be louder and raspier than stainless.

the tubing size might also contribute to the raspiness, my previous car had a 3.5" Stainless single exit and it was insanely raspy, then we changed it to a 2.75 and the rasp went

Yeah, breaking up the sound waves by making them bounce around more definitely helps muffle certain tones. The guy who does my Ti welding reads up on a lot of sound theory. Here’s an in car video before the cats section was added. I don’t think I have any exterior stuff right now.
