Going to his site states: "We'll be back soon"?

https://roc-euro.com/

Anyone know what the 411 is on this company?

I was wondering the same thing as I've recently started researching intakes.

For what Audi?

I emailed the support last month and didn't mention anything about slowing down. Maybe finding a new website, cause that one was trash.

Wasted money buying a 2015 A6 3.0T? [confused]

CAIs around here are a touchy subject, not everyone is after ever last ounce of performance -- some people just want a cool supercharger whine. That seems to trigger some folks.

C'est la vie.

The A6 3.0T is fantastic, the intake is a complete waste for the car.

True. Or the sweet sound of turbo's. To each their own...

You're entitled to your own opinion, whether or not I agree with it. I'm not looking for increased performance, strictly after the supercharger whine. I installed a K&N FIPK on my S2000 only for the sound, and it was worth every penny! The sound that intake made when you went more than half throttle, shit would give me a chub lmao.

Message him on Facebook. He was very responsive to me on there. I have one on my RS7 and love it. Sounds amazing. I also had an FIPK K&N intake on an S2000 a few cars ago and agreed that it made the car. You could barely hear the VTEC transition with the stock box.

I have a red Roc-euro intake that I haven't put on the classified section yet from my S6. If anyone is interested. I will clean and oil the filters before I ship.

Would you compare the sound improvement on the S2000 is similar to the improvement on the Audi? I know they're different, but I guess it terms of improvement.

I messaged their FB page about the site being down. Don't think they've replied though.

Never thought much of this company's products, noise for the sake of noise? Looked cheep too.

Doesn't make much sense IMO.

Sound is a sense. I get enjoyment from it, so it's worth it to me.

I assume that means all your cars have stock exhausts? Because that's pretty much the same thing, noise for the sake of noise. You're not getting a big power bump.

On the 4.0 V8 platform it has dynoed additional power but there are also concerns about heatsoak when stationary so to each their own. On my car the improvement was not as drastic as it was on the S2000. However, it is not a fair comparison as the S2k is NA and gets really loud on the changeover whereas intakes on a turbo car just allow you to hear the turbos and associated noises better. It is much louder now but still not nearly as loud as the S2k. It also doesn't help that I have a Milltek non-res installed now as well so the intake noise is still fairly prominent but is mostly drowned out by the exhaust.

Thanks for the reply. I've got an A6 and its my first supercharged car, so I think it'll be worth it for the whine. Being in Canada, heat soak isn't a big concern to me.

Please don't miss my point, I do like enhancing sound, I have a sport exhaust and an RS intake on my C7, an MTM exhaust on my C5 and an S5 exhaust and Carbonio intake on my A5. Again, IMO roc-euo is an inferior piece of equipment for "my" Audi. You enjoy what it does for you. I'm expressing "my opinion."

I was referring to your "noise for the sake of noise" comment. I have no Roc-Euro products, and no comment on their quality.

They never designed the supercharger badly just simple. When i didnt have test pipes and downpipes my injen intake was super audible but each upgrade faded it to background or non at all especially on full throttle. Occasionly can hear it during low rpms but Im thinking of p.n.p. the throttle bottle manifold. Maybe some serious changes in the spring. ...[emoji57]

Does the Roc-Euro tend to be louder/sound better than the Injen?
