I need some help. I took off my blower adjusted my intake manifold runner flaps yesterday but after putting the car back together I am getting a misfire and cylinder disable on cylinder 2

the car is throwing an EPC light and sputtering. its misfiring cylinder 2 here are the codes. let me know what I should check. I need some quick help to find out if I need to take it apart again and see what needs to be fixed

ignore the coolant pump code, i wired mine to run at 100%

does anyone know why it could be misfiring and disabling a cylinder?

Did cyl 2's injector come out?

Yes, look to see of the injector 0-ring seal is damaged. Probably should replace it, regardless. Might want to replace them all for good measure. Hopefully, that is all that is wrong.

The injectors came out when a carbon cleaning was done, also put new o-rings. There was no code after besides the codes for intake manifold runner flaps. I took it apart again to fix the runner flaps, only loosened the intake manifold enough to open the flaps then put it back together now there’s a code. Is there any way to check injectors in vagcom before I take it apart?

Well I’m about to take the blower off right now. Pretty easy process after doing it s couple times. Does anyone know what side cylinder 2 is? My guess is passenger side in the middle? I’m going to pull the manifold off completely this time and check that the injector is seated properly

Before I put it back together, is this the correct placement of the o rings?
