Well i went over to ianlionzions place and vagged my car. This is the code i got...

1 Fault Found:
16806 - Main Catalyst: Bank 1: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0422 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

Now i am running an evoms high flow cat and have never had this code or any code regarding the cat ever. Do you guys think it is the o2 sensor that failed. And if it is why did no o2 sensor code trigger. Im running out of ideas. Tomorrow i will check for loose connections, but i havent tampered with it in forever so i dont see it being that issue. Any feedback would be appreciated

That code is from the high flow cat. I get it all the time.

did to vag the car after a long drive? sometimes you can throw cat codes with a high flow after long road trips.

isn't there a mod to prevent the CEL from coming on?

what's the cell count on that evoms cat 200?

yea i think its 200
and i wasnt really on a long drive, the same path i take everyday. Its just weird that it would decide to come on like that out of the blue. Its been on for so long. Yes there is a mod to get rid of the code. You make a bung that allows the o2 sensor to sit a little higher in the flange. I think i might have to replace my sensors. There is no other explanation for the light to come on now after all that time

It's weird that all of a sudden you would start throwing that code. How long was it since the last time that you did a VAG?

it has been a while, i havent had any codes, The last code i got was for the abs unit failing. Fixed that and the light went away, Then it came on all of a sudden so i thought that it would be the abs code. But to my surprise it wasnt. We cleared the code yesterday so im gona see if it comes back. or how long it takes to come back
