Just had my OEM clutch and flywheel replaced at 105k miles. Went with a Luk DMFW and Sachs XTend. Feels great but my clutch pedal now really hits the bump stop when depressed. With the original setup I wouldn't get much noise at all when I bottomed out the clutch pedal. Will this fade a bit as the clutch breaks in? I've had change in pedal feel in previous cars when swapping the clutch, but this is a new one for me. Video of the noise:

Update: Looking at the stock bump stop setup (a small piece of foam that hits a metal stop) I decided to add some cushion. Stuck half of a felt chair leg pad on the bare metal bump stop and everything feels/sounds normal again. Simple fix. [up]

Same thing happened to me when I replaced my clutch. Went away after the break in period and now I have to really stomp on it to feel the stop again.
