I’ve searched through the forum and read everything I could find about the “resonator delete” mod. After much debating, I ended up removing the 2 front baby resonators upstream and replaced them with an x pipe purchased on amazon. The suitcase mid muffler was replaced with straight pipe. The rear mufflers were left untouched due to being the stock sport mufflers with valves.

Drone: against popular beliefs, there is drone. Specifically if you are going 75 mph in 7 gear in standard dynamic drive or comfort and step on it slightly. It will drone pretty loudly if you car stays in 7 gear while accelerating to speed.
During normal accelerations the car sounds amazing and there is no drone. Comfort mode drones quite a bit on freeway around 76-80 mph while accelerating.

Even with minor drone at certain situations, this mod was the best advice I’ve followed to date with my ride.

I would definitely do again.

Here’s some revs sound clips. Enjoy 😊.

Having 2 X pipes is like having four nipples...

That sounds wonderful. Perfect buildings and sound echo.

I just did a suitcase delete with an X pipe in its place. Sounds amazeballs. 200 and some change. I figured i'd try it out before going AWE Touring. So far, money well spent
