A7 TDI Exhaust Options - Can you bolt up a v6T exhaust?

I realize there will not be a performance upgrade without removing the DFP. I'm just looking for a little more growl over stock.

I can't find any parts available either catback or axelback. Will aftermarket exhaust for the gas powered v6T A7 exhaust bolt up to my TDI?

Watching this thread, cause I'm in a similar boat with my A3 TDI. Very little if anything out there, we just have such rare cars state side.

Very doubtful any V6T exhaust is going to bolt straight on.
The V6T exhaust is two pipes, one from each bank, while the 3.0 TDI exhaust is single pipe from the turbo.
I cannot comment on the 3.0 BiTDI exhaust setup, but assume it would be similar to the TDI exhaust.

Now having said that, and having previously owned a tuned/modded B8 3.0TDI and a tuned/modded V6T S4, it would really depend how much extra growl you're looking for.
On my TDI, I removed both rear mufflers. It made for some glorious V6 (almost VR6) growl when stepping on it, but was absolutely quiet and refined when just cruising.

Here is an in cabin video after I did DPF and installed less restrictive mufflers, but soon after, I removed the rear mufflers.

This video is completely straight piped...quote loud, but still not bad at all when just cruising (ps. Don't ask about the short shift. I have no idea why the car did that[:|])

This crap needs to stop. Fake electronic engine sounds sound synthetic, like video game noises.

These are different from the sound generator speakers. These are exhaust flaps activated by drive select.
