Hi all,
Now I need to ask you for help and I hope I can fix these.
Checking the stethoscope and the noise sounds like it comes from a pipe between the high pressure fuel pump and the fuel pipe, watch the video.
https://youtu.be/3mc3KjXUtcM
The noise started after I replaced a bad supersharger for a used one. At the same time I replaced a new thermostat and a water pump.
These I have made no changes.
- I replaced all the sensors, throttle, air valves, etc. from old / old.
- Reprogram ecu.
- Removed s / c a total of 3 times and check all cable connections for anything broken and pipes looking good.
- No error codes.
- New high pressure fuel pump replaced.
- New cam follower piston and follower housing replaced.
- Check rail pressure. It should be normal and the pressure rising after the engine has been stopped.
Vcds code reader is available if it helps with the problem.
