Feeler for B5 S4 6MT with non-running motor

Hey guys, my last option got scrapped and as I am CURRENTLY rebuilding a 2.7 to put in a B5 S4...I am putting feelers out to see what kinda price folks would sell their non-running S4s for. Must have a 6MT and an engine (non running though) reason for that is when my build is done I want the car already ready to run minus the motor I am dropping in, understand? I appreciate rolling chassis but they are usually empty and would require purchasing a lot of other basic parts. I am in Denver area but would bring a tow and pick it up for a good few hundred miles trip if it's a good price.

Again sorry, but I am not EXACTLY looking to purchase it right now, just trying to gauge cost to continue build planning.
