Hey guys I just got a 2012 Audi A6 3.0T with 90,000 miles and after putting 700 miles on her I am now getting a check engine light I plugged in my code reader and the code is P0306 which is a cylinder misfire in cylinder #6
The weird thing about this is the car fax said the coils were all replaced at 84,000 miles so when I got it I thought I would not have to deal with the coils..
Do y'all think I should just swap in a new coil in just cylinder #6 or should I just go go ahead and swap in all 6 fo them at the same time?

Check cyl 6 plug. They may have done plugs and coil packs at the same time, but cyl 3 and 6 misfires are form a leaking intercooler a lot of the time.

You could also try swapping with another cylinder first (coil and plug). If it’s still misfiring on cylinder 6 then it’s probably a leaking intercooler as Chris said.

I had an issue on mine where the red rail with the connectors on it was bent and every time it got hot it would bend a bit more and lose contact and misfire. I pushed up tight and put a tie-wrap around the coil never had an issue again took me 2 years to figure it out.
