Hello, everyone, I hope you are all well. I have a major AC issue and live in Texas (100 degrees and humid). I would appreciate any help provided.
I turned on my car last Saturday, and the AC was blowing hot air. After a few minutes, I came to a stop, turned my car off thinking that it would reset everything, and the AC blower completely turned off and would not turn on again. I returned home and ran diagnostics via Vag Com and got the following errors:

Based on my research, I thought that the blower motor or blower resister went out. I purchased a new motor, cleared the codes, and started the car. The issue still persists, and the car does not blow any air. The climate control is fully functional (in terms of buttons working and displaying information), and there are no other issues far as I can tell. I went through all of the fuses, and there are zero blown. I think the AC motor fan fuse is a 40-volt fuse located on the passenger side of the car. That fuse is fully intact. I think there might be another error somewhere else that is limiting the function of the blower motor. I see that the climate control module can go out, but you'd think that the entire control unit would lose power, which is not the case. At this point, I am completely puzzled, and I would really appreciate any help before I spend any more money replacing parts that don't need to be replaced.
As an FYI, there are errors related to the screen and several dashboard buttons being unplugged. About a month ago, the mechanism that raises and lowers the screen failed, and I swapped out the entire unit. Since there were no check engine lights on, I did not check the codes and clear them out. Those issues have been fixed and are no related to this issue.

Based on my research, I thought that the blower motor or blower resister went out. I purchased a new motor, cleared the codes, and started the car. The issue still persists, and the car does not blow any air. The climate control is fully functional (in terms of buttons working and displaying information), and there are no other issues far as I can tell. I went through all of the fuses, and there are zero blown. I think the AC motor fan fuse is a 40-volt fuse located on the passenger side of the car. That fuse is fully intact. I think there might be another error somewhere else that is limiting the function of the blower motor. I see that the climate control module can go out, but you'd think that the entire control unit would lose power, which is not the case. At this point, I am completely puzzled, and I would really appreciate any help before I spend any more money replacing parts that don't need to be replaced.
As an FYI, there are errors related to the screen and several dashboard buttons being unplugged. About a month ago, the mechanism that raises and lowers the screen failed, and I swapped out the entire unit. Since there were no check engine lights on, I did not check the codes and clear them out. Those issues have been fixed and are no related to this issue.
