Those of you who have this configuration... how is you day-to-day drivability?

Are there any problems?

What is the overall MPG difference when compared to the stock injectors and the standard K04 software?

I'm interested in doing this and need all the above answered before I do it.

Thanks!

great daily driveability.

MPG = 22MPG

i used to get 400-410 before the light kicks on with stock injectors. now its 310 till the light kicks on.

you know this file runs lean right? have you seen my dynos...you won't make 250/300 crank...just some FYI.

Can't you make the A/F richier by using an adjustable fpr?

That would mess up other portions of the RPM band. The thing to do is hack the file with an AFC and WBO2. with the Apexi SAFC you get 12 points of adjustability throughout the rpm band and hi/low throttle bands.

yup what he said. so you need the chip then something to correct it with.

granted it still makes good power. i can beat mustang GTs w/ bolts and 350z, etc. it drives very smooth...but it could be better. nobody is seeing the 250/300 that AWE claims the file can get.

wonder if the J31 has those same problems?

mmart ran the j31...his setup was running good. i have seen any logs of the J31 sw. but mmart dyno'd at 217awhp/274awtq.

i wouldn't say it's perfect. it was written for stock injectors and 5bar but it tends to lean out at high rpms. so people use 30lb with afpr to relieve the high-strung pressures that stock injectors push. however, it's kind of tough to dial everything correct. i will be hitting a dyno sometimes in march or april and hopefully try to hit AF ratio on the spot.
