Since it's been cold, I get a squeek from the back seat area when I go over bumps. I've checked to see that the seat backs are locked, and they are. Anyone else experience this?

Of course, it seems to be a common problem. For me, its the center arm rest, AND the latches that squeek. You can try WD-40 on the latches, and make sure they are slammed shut, locked, etc. Then you can try to greese the center arm rest in the back to see if that resolves anything. I have not done much on it myself because I always forget until I am actually driving.
I am getting sick of my center arm rest, my rattle in the dash, my glovebox rattle, and my back seat rattles....

Sweet thanks. I thought I was the only one with a weird noises. People get in and here the squeek(s), and are like "this car's German and it squeeks?"

Yeah its a damn shame some times...
I think that it annoys me far more than any of my passengers. I never get the squeek when people are sitting back there, so its pretty much due to the latches, etc.
I wish someone would come up with a good tutorial, or whatever, to resolve the center arm rest squeek. Even on the new '06 A6's, I can already tell the center arm rest is going to squeek. I played with one at a car show in Philly, and it was already starting to squeek.
So if anyone out there has a resolution on the center arm rest, since THAT above all, is the most annoying, let us know!!!
