Intake manifold flap stuck bank 1

I have this issue with my s6 2013 epc light on and rpms went to 4000... error code with vcds
Intalke manifold flap bank 1 stuck
Please if you have some ideea i need some help

Might be a cracked vacuum line. Thst is preventing it from actuating properly.
