**Cross post alert. I originally posted this in the RS3 forum. But I need more eyes to read this since RS3s are still kinda rare :) **

TLDR;
Installed lowering springs, brakes now not like they were. Brake pedal pressure is less than it was and pedal travel increased. Original bite point gone. Bled brakes 3 times, 1 indie shop, 1 me, 1 Audi dealer. No significant improvement. When braking, Pump brakes once and feels perfect. Pads and disks in good shape. No error codes. When car in Park, brakes are strong, as soon as the car starts rolling in Drive, the pressure is low. Please Help!

Details:
So I had my KW HAS springs installed recently and from the moment I pulled out of the shop I knew there was something different with my brakes.

The original bite point of the brakes was gone and the original feeling of pressure needed to apply the brakes and modulate the brakes had also changed.
Think of it like this: Now when I apply the brakes I don’t get that initial bite, instead my foot travels past what I was used to and the brake travel is much longer. It also feels much less assisted than it did before. It actually made my hair stand up in the back of my neck when it happened. Scary! But the car does stop, but I have much less confidence than I used to.

If I begin braking and then lift my foot and reapply pressure, they are perfect, like they used to be. Aka pump the brakes.

What’s been done so far:
The shop bled the brakes, no improvement.
I then bled them again myself, no improvement.
Brought the car to Audi, did a road test with the tech who agreed they were kinda under assisted. They did a full brake service and charged me $$. A small improvement, but not like it was originally.

It definitely feels like there is less boost pressure in the initial press of the brakes. But just 1 pump brings it right back to the original bite point and pressure. Feels like it used to. Strong and confidence in stopping, especially with a 400HP car...

So, I need your help. Has anyone experienced this? Anyone have thoughts about what this could be?

Car has 19k km, pads are in good shape and have lots of life left in them. Fixed suspension and steel disks, also in good shape. No codes in obdeleven.

Help me Obi-wan Kenobi, you’re my only hope!

Did you get the suspension recalibrated once you swapped out springs?
