I'm in canada. And will be doing 85000km service very soon. Went to dealer and they give me a quote for over $1200 on 85000km service. Is that normal????or it's too much???

Can you do your own maintenance? $1,200 for this service is a lot of money for what you are getting.
From what I am seeing on the MY2012 brochure which should be about the same as your 2013
Change oil filter and oil
Check cooling system
Check engine compartment for leaks
Check battery
Check tires - maybe rotate
Replace wiper blades if needed
Check front and rear lighting
Check horn function
Check brakes
Check exhaust system
Check front and rear axles
Check drive shaft boots
check for leaks on the trans and final drive
Road test
Audi recommends changing brake fluid every 2 years but I can attest that I have been driving for about 35 years now and have driven many cars to over 100,000 miles and never once I have I changed brake fluid and have never had any issues because of not doing it.
My dealer wants $200 for just an oil and filter change, I can do it at home for about $45 in oil and a filter, less when I catch a killer sale. I just bought Mobil 1 for $24 for a 5 quart jug and then $12 rebate which makes my actual cost $12 for a 5 quart jug.
Most of the items on the list are simple checks that should take not a significant amount of time to perform.

$1200 is ridiculous considering most the work is just checking items...
oil and filter change is under $100 if you DIY.
wipers are $30-40.
and as already stated, a brake fluid change may be recommended if it hasn't been done already. but any local shop can do it for $150 if you choose not to DIY.
alternative is 1hr of your time $20 of brake fluid, and a helper to pump the brakes.

I go through the hand out they give me the most money goes to 3 parts. First they saying basically all 85000km need air filter replace and housing cleaning. Second it Maybe Ribbed V belt replace for compressor drive if necessary. Third is Spark plugs need to be replace. Other than that i don't see anything else just check the leaks on door and all the panels.

$300 canadian for an oil change is still outrageous. I bet you can find an independent that can do it for less than half that.

It's hard in my area to find a good reponsible shop to do. One of my friend bring it to candian tire i think. And they changed the oil but the drain plug holes was damaged because the people who did it does not follows the direction. For some how these place normally they will have trainer to do these easy job. And they are careless.....

This is all thats needed - they dont need to do all the other checks. You could ask them to inspect the belt, and only replace if required. Can you change the air filter yourself? It is quite easy. Understandable if you cannot change your spark plugs - these should definitely be changed at this interval.
Just ask them to do the very specific items you mention. Based on the cost of an oil change in your area, $1200 - $300 oil change = $900 for the remainder. Which seems comparable to the cost of service you have to deal with.
