Just picked up a 2017 red S6. Fully loaded except B&O and ventilated seats.
32k in the clock.
Audi care till 45k
Tinted windows.
Opted not to take the extended warranty for $3800. Lol
What are some of the things that I should do to it that are a must?
Intake?
JB4 tuner?
Aftermarket audio?
RS grill?
I've read most of the oil screen thread. Should I be proactive and have that done as well. Or just upgrade if/when they go?

Do you care if it lets go at any random time and being stranded somewhere?
If you do not have the service history (oil/oil-filter change every 5k miles?), then maybe consider replacing screen and check valve. It depends on what you value more: time, money or reliability.
JHM is working on external accessable turbo oil supply screen product. (https://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/854600-4-0TT-Turbo-Inline-Oil-Filters-with-Screen-Removed-with-Hardlines?p=13659034&viewfull=1#post13659034)

you should have 30days to change your mind on the extended.... I'd pick that warranty up as long as its underwritten by Fidelity

+1 on warranty with Fidelity. Separator $2700 Turbos $10,100. Mine was great until 80K+. It will pay for itself on these cars.
Enjoy the new S6!

I have the cpo warranty till dec 2021. I'll get the upgrade bug way before then and will most likely just go stage 3 with new turbos anyways.
Will the cpo warranty still cover the turbos?

I should be more clear. Will the cpo warranty cover the OEM turbos. I know if I go stage 3 all bets are off
